As the products we sell are natural, and largely plant based, we can never be entirely sure of the regulations of the recipients country. We do however make efforts to track the delivery of every order, and are always grateful for your e-mailed confirmation of safe receipt.
All the packages we ship have a international tracking number and can be tracked on www.correios.com.br or, once arrived in your country, on the website of the post service of your country.
RETURN POLICY
In case a package is shipped back to us, we can either reship, after checking what was the problem and solving it, or refund the value of the goods, not the shipping costs, once the package arrives back at our base. We do not refund packages that got lost on the way or that are being held by customs.
